El Segundo, CA, May 8, 2008 - TelASIC Communications, Inc., a leading developer of Remote Radio Head (RRH) products for WCDMA / HSDPA, LTE and WiMAX infrastructure, today announced that Claudio Zanet has joined TelASIC as Vice President of Finance.
Claudio most recently was Vice President of Finance at AMCC [NASDAQ: AMCC) where he orchestrated all aspects of financial planning and analysis and had full P&L and balance sheet responsibility. Claudio had previously spent over 10 years at Nortel Networks [NYSE: NT] holding finance positions of increasing responsibility in both Canada and the US. Claudio was also VP of Finance at TellMe Networks (acquired by Microsoft) and Director of Finance at Silicon Image [NASDAQ: SIMG).
